The short version of a long obsession: making the web faster, and making it work for everyone — not as separate goals, but the same one.
2008 · The pixel years
It started one pixel at a time
I began where a lot of us did — turning Photoshop mock-ups into living websites at Ekko Media, pixel by pixel, browser by browser. It taught me the belief I still work from: the details aren’t the polish, they’re the product.
2012 · Out on my own
I learned to ship for real
I founded a studio, built a team of developers, designers and analysts, and carried projects from a napkin sketch to something a client would stake their name on. Running the whole lifecycle taught me what “done” actually means.
2016 · The turning point
Fast and inclusive, or it doesn’t ship
At the MIND Research Institute I rebuilt ST Math — a flagship learning platform used by millions of kids — from legacy Flash to modern HTML5. It got 0% faster, and I baked accessibility into the architecture instead of bolting it on, lifting mobile engagement 0%. That’s when the two halves of my work fused for good.
2022 · Leading at scale
The hard part is usually people
At Level Access I ran development teams across three continents, cutting delivery times up to 0% while raising the bar on WCAG compliance — leading code reviews, QA, and the client conversations where trust is actually won.
Now · Pixels & Code
Taking products the whole way
Today I design and build complete products end to end. The clearest proof is Airworthy — a live, multi-seller aircraft-parts marketplace with escrow payments, certification tracking, and a storefront in 0 languages — taken from an empty repo to real transactions.
